SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families by providing responsive and individualized treatment plans. Join a supportive rehab environment utilizing progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy and local management support.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF where you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
• Note: This is not a CFY position.
