Job summary

Liberty Senior Living seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its rehab team. You will work with a multidisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate therapy, tailoring treatment plans for patients and families in an in-house program supported by local management.

Candidates must be a licensed SLP in Tennessee, graduate of an accredited therapy program, with 1 year of SNF rehab experience preferred. Note: CFY is not eligible for this position.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Tennessee.
• 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred.
• CFY not applicable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate rehab and develop individualized treatment plans for patients and families.
• Provide in-house therapy with support from local management to ensure quality care.

Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
