Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions seeks a Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab setting in New Canaan, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and work with a collaborative rehab team to support residents’ independence.

Candidate must hold a CT SLP license or be eligible, demonstrate proficiency with MS Office and electronic documentation, and maintain flexibility with hours. Salary is $50–$60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or license eligible to practice in CT.
• Experience with electronic documentation and standard MS Office applications.
• Be flexible with hours and able to work in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.

Responsibilities And Qualifications

The qualified candidate will:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $50/hr - $60/hr
