Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in New Canaan, CT. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab and nursing staff to support resident independence.

Candidates must hold a current SLP license or be license eligible. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligible to obtain license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with electronic documentation.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute / skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute / skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Be flexible with hours.

Overview A Per-Diem Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in New Canaan, CT.
