Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Hutchinson, KS.

This role offers a competitive salary range ($40-50/hr), full medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO and paid holidays, and a pathway for career growth within a collaborative rehab team.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced clinicians; CFs may be considered with supervision. Schedule is Monday–Friday, direct hire and permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current KS SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered when supervision is available.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
