Job summary

AED CONSTRUCTORES is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Modesto, California. The role focuses on adult and geriatric patients recovering from strokes, neurological conditions, and other medical issues affecting communication and swallowing.

You will evaluate and treat disorders, develop individualized therapy plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families, contributing to improved quality of life and safe swallowing.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of recent SLP experience within the last 5 years preferred.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric setting is a plus.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
