Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior experience working in school environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social success.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student plans.
• Provide support and resources to classroom staff for integrating speech-language goals into daily activities.
