Job summary

Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role near Olympia Fields, IL. The position is in-person and W-2, with a consistent school-day schedule, benefits, and a 12-month pay calendar.

The SLP will deliver direct services to students, collaborate with teachers and families, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to support learners’ communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Illinois PEL with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement required.
• Active Illinois IDFPR SLP license required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy and consultative services
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and write assessment reports
• Develop measurable IEP goals and contribute to IEPs
• Monitor student progress and adjust services based on data
