Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc. (Powerback Pediatrics) seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in the school setting, collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child’s goals and deliver services per IEP.

Applicants must have a master’s degree in SLP, be eligible for ASHA CCC/CF, and hold state licensure; duties include evaluations, progress documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
• Must possess or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be eligible for ASHA CF/CF-status.
• Must be licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to children in the school setting.
• Perform evaluations and assessments and track child progress.
• Deliver Speech Therapy services as mandated in the IEP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support child goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

• Must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or be eligible to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow, or ASHA clinical fellowship (CF status).

• Must be licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $70.00 - USD $90.00 /Hr.
