Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in students' lives? E-Therapy is hiring!

  • Start Date: ASAP for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Hours: Full-time (32.5-37.5 hours/week)
  • Compensation: Starting at $42/hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Location: 100% Remote

Qualifications
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Passionate about working with K-12 students in a virtual setting
Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans based on assessments and student needs.
  • Provide direct therapy targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and team members to support communication goals.
  • Use evidence-based techniques and activities in therapy sessions.
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Document sessions, progress reports, and relevant information accurately.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language needs.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience in school or pediatric settings.
  • Proficiency with assessment tools and therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Teletherapy experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of AAC systems and assistive technologies (preferred).
