Lifepoint Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Mercy Hospital Ada, OK as a PRN team member. The role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders, supporting families and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• Licensed Speech Therapist with current licensure by State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develops individualized plans of care and implements evidence-based interventions.
• Provides education and counseling to support patient outcomes and discharge planning.
• Supervises clinical fellows, students, and support personnel as appropriate.
