Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Victoria is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inpatient team with a flexible PRN schedule. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and contribute to the ongoing development of our services within PAM Health.

Requirements include state licensure as an SLP, current BLS certification, and a preference for at least one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• SLP licensure in the state where the hospital/clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care and development of speech therapy treatment programs.
• Plan and implement specific treatment plans per the principles of speech therapy at PAM Health.
• Support service development and adapt to needs across multiple facilities.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
