PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Victoria Southeast is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inpatient care team. You will provide direct patient care and design targeted therapy programs aligned with best practices in speech therapy, across diverse patient populations.

The ideal candidate holds a state SLP license, current BLS certification, and typically has one year of clinical experience; we value flexibility to work across facilities and ongoing professional development

Job description

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
