Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Victoria is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inpatient team and care for a diverse patient population. The SLP will design and implement targeted therapy programs and contribute to the ongoing development of our speech therapy services.

The ideal candidate will hold an active SLP license in Texas, have current BLS, and bring a willingness to learn and adapt across facilities.

Qualifications

• SLP license in the state where practicing.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.

• Education and Training: SLP license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides. Current BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year of clinical experience preferred.
