Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our Skilled Nursing Facility sites in Sarasota, FL. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay, with increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

Work inside dedicated therapy gyms at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota, delivering skilled therapy and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled SLP therapy to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education

Graduate of an accredited SLP program
