Job summary

Step Up Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for our Northbank SNF facility in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN role involves delivering skilled therapy services within a dedicated therapy gym and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ safety and independence.

Eligible candidates must be licensed in Florida as an SLP (or license-eligible) with SNF or post-acute experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled SLP-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at5125 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 13956 Lakeside Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
