Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled therapy in a Skilled Nursing Facility, exclusively in Florida. This PRN role offers higher rates when benefits are waived and is based in SNF settings with dedicated therapy gyms.

Responsibilities include delivering SLP services, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and contributing to residents’ safety, function, and quality of life. Florida licensure is required; SNF or post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Work within dedicated therapy gyms inside these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function, mobility, and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
