Role Details

Facility: St. Mary's Regional Medical Center

Setting: Outpatient

Type: Per Diem

Location: Russellville, AR

Responsibilities

1. Provide therapy to enhance speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
2. Communicate patient progress and coordinate with team members; assist with scheduling and documentation.
3. Document patient care according to regulations and standards.
4. Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-up programs.
5. Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
6. Adhere to professional and legal standards and company policies.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
2. Meet ASHA certification requirements and hold a current, unrestricted license in the state.
3. Minimum six months of experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
4. Current CPR certification.
5. Strong organizational and communication skills.
