Job summary

Pivot Rehabilitation Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Round Rock, TX. The role focuses on screening, evaluating, and treating patients with ARC needs, under ASHA CCC guidelines and CF supervision.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and clinical staff to maximize communication outcomes. The position offers competitive pay starting at $41/hour, 401k with match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• CCC from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is required.
• Complete Clinical Fellowship (CF) with appropriate supervision.
• Current state license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations using standard tools and procedures.
• Review patient records for diagnoses and history; plan goals and treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans to maximize independence.
• Supervise CFYs, speech interns and rehab techs in direct patient care.
