You will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and staff to support residents’ communication and quality of life. Current state license, CPR/BLS, and strong communication are required.

You’ll play a vital role helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function—restoring independence and quality of life.

Facilitates the treatment of speech and language disorders following an assessment process that evaluates patient histories and identifies the causes for speech defects, devising effective therapy plans in association with other healthcare professionals, tracking patient progress, maintaining comprehensive treatment records, and adjusting treatment plans as needed in accordance with all company policies and local, state and federal laws.
