Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Mayfield Village, OH is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outpatient therapy team on a PRN basis. The position offers a collaborative, patient-centered environment with flexible scheduling and a strong team support network.

Responsibilities focus on delivering high-quality care, establishing goals, and coordinating with colleagues. Requirements include CCCs, ASHA certification, and state licensure, with compensation at $50.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• ASHA minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
• State SLP licensure required.
• ASHA certification is required.
• 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
• Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
• High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
• Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
