UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital, recognized by Newsweek as the #1 Rehabilitation Hospital in Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. We operate a 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital in partnership with UW Health and UnityPoint Health – Meriter. Role Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments
• Provide care according to physician’s orders and established care plans
• Assess treatment effectiveness and modify as needed
• Plan for patient discharge, communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to meet rehabilitation goals
• Participate in performance improvement and program development activities
• Contribute to budget planning, ensuring cost-effective services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Speech-Language Pathology or related fields acceptable to ASHA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
• Current BLS/CPR certification
