Role Description

• Provide therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Communicate patient progress and coordinate with team members; assist with scheduling and documentation.
• Document patient care per regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-up programs.
• Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology from ASHA.
• At least six months of experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
• Valid and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
