Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide skilled therapy in a SNF setting in Lecanto, FL. The role is PRN with higher rates when medical benefits are waived, and requires licensing in Florida or eligibility.

Clinicians will work inside the SNF therapy gym, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety, function, and quality of life. Experience in SNF or post-acute care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
