Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Lecanto, FL, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a PRN role in an SNF. Provide skilled therapy and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents' safety, function, and quality of life.

Florida license required; SNF or post-acute experience preferred; Net Health knowledge a plus.

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
