Job summary

Step Up Rehab, Lakeland, FL, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist licensed in Florida to provide skilled therapy in a SNF. Work inside dedicated therapy gyms at Valencia Hills and Scott Lake facilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• CFY opportunities available for licensure path.
• Florida SLP license or eligibility required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

• Maintain documentation and adhere to regulatory guidelines.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
