Job summary

Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our PRN team serving residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities in Jacksonville, FL. Work inside dedicated rehab gyms, delivering skilled therapy and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Active Florida SLP license or eligibility required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at5125 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 13956 Lakeside Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.** This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
