Job summary

Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a PRN position at Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation & Healing of Ocala and TimberRidge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing in Ocala, FL. Florida-licensed or license-eligible SLPs are eligible, with flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

You will provide skilled SLP therapy to SNF residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Active Florida SLP license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

• Provide skilled SLP-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education

Work inside the dedicated therapy gyms within these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.** This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
