ClearSky Health in Baytown, TX is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team on a PRN basis. You’ll perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and guide patients to successful discharge as part of a collaborative, patient-centered care environment.
Prerequisites include a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, current state licensure, BLS/CPR, and CCCs from ASHA. Compensation is $75 per hour with 401(k) match and minimal productivity constraints.

This role is PRN and will work day shifts as needed.
Our Speech pathologists deliver care aligned with our patient centered values assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of speech language, cognitive communication, voice, swallowing and fluency disorder through:
A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment. Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
