Job summary

Sigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join Corning Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Corning, New York. Our team provides rehab services in a state-of-the-art facility and emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration.

Responsibilities include administering evaluations, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and ensuring compliance with laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Current New York State SLP license.

• Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients.
• Observe and assess the progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect information.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards.
• Contribute to a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum SLP Requirements Include:
