LMS Recruiting is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY in Texas for a full-time or PRN position with an established home health agency. The role involves pediatric care with treatments delivered at patients’ homes and through teletherapy.

Responsibilities include evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans, and supervising SLPA when applicable. Independent contractor (1099) options available.

Competenze

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY in Texas.
• CSR/SLP supervision experience preferred.
• Home health setting experience is a plus.

• Evaluate, develop, and implement patient treatment plans to restore or compensate for communication disorders.
• Plan and administer medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with standards.

We have an immediate need for a licensed Speech-language Pathologist (SLP)or SLP-CFYwho isseekinga full-timeor PRNpositionwith an established home health agency.The successful candidate will provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients. Treatments will be deliveredbothin the patient’s home(60% of planof care) andvia teletherapy(40%). Supervision of SLPAs is optional.Independent Contractor’s (1099) positions available.

Job Description

As a Speech-language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatmentsin accordance with federal, state, and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.

Job Requirements

Graduate of AHSA accredited school

State therapy license or eligible in Texas

Will accept SLP CFYs

CPR certification

Supervise SLPAspreferred, but notrequired
