Job summary

Lms Recruiting is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time or PRN role providing pediatric speech-language pathology services in home health with a 60% home visits and 40% teletherapy mix.

CFYs welcomed. Independent Contractor (1099) positions are available. Texas license or eligibility, CPR, and optional SLPA supervision are required components of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AHSA accredited program.
• Licensed or eligible for Texas state license as an SLP.
• CFY accepted (SLP-CFY).
• CPR certification required.
• Supervision of SLPA preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of function.
• Provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients in home health and via teletherapy.
• Plan and administer medically prescribed therapy according to standards.

We have an immediate need for a licensed Speech-language Pathologist (SLP)or SLP-CFYwho isseekinga full-timeor PRNpositionwith an established home health agency.The successful candidate will provide speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients. Treatments will be deliveredbothin the patient’s home(60% of planof care) andvia teletherapy(40%). Supervision of SLPAs is optional.Independent Contractor’s (1099) positions available.

Job Description

As a Speech-language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatmentsin accordance with federal, state, and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.
