The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Dover, DE. The position offers onsite or hybrid work options, supporting students to find their voices and reach their communication goals.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP from ASHA or eligibility, and a state license. CFs are welcome to apply and join a supportive team emphasizing professional development and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required or expected.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA preferred.
• State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist required.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language pathology services.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement IEP goals.
• Assess, plan, and document student progress and communication goals.
• Deliver services onsite or in a hybrid school setting as needed.
