Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team and help students find their voice. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP credential from ASHA is required.
• State licensure or eligibility is required.
• ODE certification is preferred or in process.
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language pathology services within a school setting.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders to help students find their voice.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service teams to support student goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and school-based initiatives.
