Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based position in Frederick, MD. You will inspire young minds, build confidence, and help students find their voice.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP and a state license or eligibility. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP (ASHA) certification required or in process.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP required.
• Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting is a plus.
• Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in a school setting to students.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Develop and implement IEPs and measurable goals for students.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in student files.
