Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 learners in Massachusetts. This contract role offers both full- and part-time schedules, with flexible hours to fit your needs.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, develop IEP-aligned therapy plans, document progress, and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Massachusetts SLP licensure is required.
  • CCC-SLP credential or eligibility is required.
  • Experience with K-12 students preferred.

Job description

Step into a rewarding opportunity where your expertise as a Speech‑Language Pathologist directly shapes student success. This contract position offers the flexibility of both full- and part-time schedules, supporting K-12 learners with diverse speech and language needs in a collaborative school environment.

Your days will be filled with purposeful workassessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and bring tailored interventions to life, helping each student unlock their full potential.

Ideal candidates will have:
  • Active Massachusetts SLP licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech‑Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) or eligibility.
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Your key responsibilities:
