Job summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist role in the Roxbury, MA area is a contract position for the 2026/27 school year, offering full-time equivalent scheduling at 32.5 hours per week. You will support K-12 students with diverse communication and language needs in a collaborative educational setting.

Job description

Step into an impactful role serving K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Roxbury, MA area for the upcoming 2026/27 school year. This contract position offers an opportunity to work full-time (32.5 hours per week) supporting students' communication and language development in a dynamic educational environment. Both Clinical Fellows (CFs) with access to onsite supervision and monolingual SLPs are invited to apply.

This is a vital position for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in student growth and enjoy working in a collaborative atmosphere. Caseload details and school assignments for monolingual candidates are provided after hire and completion of credentialing.

Qualifications & Desired Experience
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Holds SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials (onsite supervision available for CFs)
  • Current or pending Massachusetts SLP license
  • Meets or working toward DESE (Department of Elementary and Secondary Education) requirements
  • Comfortable working with K-12 students across a range of speech and language needs
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students K-12

  • Work alongside educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation
