Job summary

Soliant is seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists for in-person work near Port Orchard, WA, serving elementary through high school settings on a contract basis through June 17, 2027.

Two full-time (37.5 hours/week) and one part-time (4 days/week) roles are available, offering flexible scheduling to support work-life balance while making a difference.Solitant responsibilities include direct therapy aligned with IEP goals, evaluations, treatment planning, IEP participation, and collaboration

Qualifications

  • Valid WA State SLP license.
  • ESA certification required.
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred.
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI.
  • Prior school-based experience desirable.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy in compliance with IEP goals.
  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech-language services.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans and monitor student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Document services, assessments, and progress according to school policies.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support strategies.

Job description

We’re seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists to provide services across elementary and high school settings on a contract basis, with roles available immediately through June 17, 2027. Openings include two full-time (37.5 hours/week) positions and one part-time role (4 days/week), all providing the chance to help students thrive academically and socially through vital speech-language interventions.

Qualifications
  • Valid Washington State SLP license
  • ESA certification required
  • SLP-CCC credential preferred
  • Fingerprinting through OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction)
  • Prior school-based experience highly desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

This is a strictly in-person position, serving either elementary or high school students, and represents a rewarding opportunity to grow your expertise within a supportive educational environment.
