Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary students in a vibrant school setting near Pawtucket, RI on a full-time contract from ASAP through June 11, 2026.

You will deliver direct therapy, conduct assessments and IEPs, and collaborate with teachers and families while traveling to community centers as needed across the district.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required.
• Previous experience in a school setting with elementary-aged children preferred.
• Active enrollment in Rhode Island Medicare program required.
• Must be able to travel within the district, including to community centers as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students across assigned school and potential community centers.
• Conduct assessments, develop individual education plans (IEPs), and maintain progress records per state/district requirements.
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize students’ academic and social success.
• Provide consultative support and resources to teachers and parents regarding speech and language development.
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
