Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an onsite, full-time contract in the Seneca/Seneca area serving K-5 students. The role supports a team of 17 district SLPs with a caseload capped at 60 and focuses on mild speech-language needs, including AAC and nonverbal students.

Candidates may hold SLP-CCC, CFY, or be certified SLPA. Competitive hourly pay and a strong professional network are offered, with immediate start through May 28, 2027.

Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina SLP license (or eligibility; may start while pending).
• SC LLR license issued.
• Teaching certification (can begin process if not in-hand).
• Experience or solid interest in pediatric populations and school-based services.
• Competency or willingness to work with AAC, ASD, and nonverbal students.
• New graduates (CFs) and SLPAs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct evaluations for K-5 students.
• Manage a caseload of up to 60, focusing on mild speech-language needs.
• Contribute expertise to the collaborative SLP team.
• Maintain thorough documentation for student progress and IEP meetings.
• Participate in school and multidisciplinary staff conferences.
