Job summary

Orange Tree Staffing, LLC is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide education-based therapy to students in Bradenton, FL for the 2026/2027 school year.

This in-person role offers 35 hours per week across school sites, with seven-hour daily blocks and opportunities to collaborate with teachers, parents and staff to support students’ communication goals and academic success.

Qualifications

• SLP State Certification required.
• ASHA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills and support academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into students’ educational programs.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing clear reports and updates on student progress.
• Monitor progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Stay current with best practices through research and ongoing professional development.
