Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem position providing home health visits at our office in Rock Hill, SC. This role serves adult and geriatric patients across Lancaster, Chester, and York Counties.

Qualifications:

• Current SC license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent educational and work experience, with eligibility to take the ASHA exam.
• Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Make home visits within designated areas.
2. Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
3. Assess and revise care plans, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
4. Educate patients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and independence.
5. Document patient care accurately using electronic devices.
