Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Middletown seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language needs. You will develop personalized plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education
