Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist for our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders, develop personalized plans, and document progress in the charting system.

You will identify issues, adjust therapies as needed, and celebrate patient progress as part of a collaborative, patient-focused environment at our Fargo, ND location.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Competence) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
