Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC, is seeking a dedicated CCC-SLP for a full-time, in-person school-based role in Cinco Ranch, TX. Join a therapist-owned company that empowers clinicians, collaborates with school teams, and focuses on meaningful student impact.

You will provide direct therapy, perform evaluations, and help develop IEP goals within a supportive, leader-led environment. School-based experience and strong communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
• Active Texas SLP license (required).
• ASHA CCCs required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Passion for helping students thrive.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.

What You'll Do Therapy & Evaluations

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students


• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations


• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals


• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed

Collaboration & Communication

• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings


• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines


• Support a positive and student-centered therapy environment

Professional Growth

• Stay current with evidence-based practices and therapy strategies


• Collaborate with experienced therapists and leadership


• Receive ongoing support from a therapist-led leadership team

Qualifications
