Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated CCC-SLP for a full-time, in-person school-based role in Cinco Ranch, TX. We value a collaborative, therapist-led culture where clinicians feel supported and valued.

You will provide direct speech-language therapy, conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and participate in ARD/IEP meetings, working with teachers, parents, and school teams to help students thrive.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• ASHA CCCs required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for helping students thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings.
