Job summary

PAM Health Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our inpatient care team. You will assess patients, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and work closely with nurses and physicians to promote recovery and communication goals.

The role requires an SLP license in the state, current BLS, and a commitment to learning across PAM Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in the state where the hospital operates.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• One year of clinical experience in a related setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and plan/implement targeted speech therapy programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and adjust treatments.
• Contribute to service development and adapt to the needs of different PAM Health facilities.

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will be primarily responsible for direct patient care, planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individuals according to the principles and practices of speech therapy in the PAM Health. The Speech Language Pathologist will additionally be involved in the further development of the services. The Speech Language Pathologist must be flexible to meet the needs of the company within many different facilities.
