Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to transform the lives of children and their families. You will address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Graduate of an accredited SLP program with Texas licensure is required. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus for serving diverse families in our clinics.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
