This onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CF-SLP) role exists to help Pre‑K–5 students find their clearest voice in a public school special education setting (Land O Lakes/Holiday area) for the 2026–2027 school year.
Required qualifications/skills:
You're on campus for 7-hour school days within a 35-hour week. The morning starts with a quick scan of your schedule, then you're moving between therapy spaces and classrooms-sometimes a quiet table session, sometimes a lively hallway transition with a student practicing "just one more sound."
Between groups, you'll have pockets of time to prep materials, update notes, and check in with staff about what's working in class. Some days include a meeting block where you talk progress and next steps with the team. By the final bell, you've stacked small, meaningful moments into a day that feels busy-but unmistakably student-centered.
