Princeton Staffing Solutions has partnered with school districts nationwide since 2016 to place Speech-Language Pathologists in various settings. We are seeking a School-Based SLP in Michigan for a full-time W2 assignment serving early childhood students.

Start date is 11/5/26 with end date 2/2/27, possible extension. In-person role with benefits, weekly deposits, and ongoing clinical support from a dedicated CCC-SLP recruiter.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active MI State License through LARA in Speech-Language Pathology.
• School SLP Certification through MI DOE.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP considered for Clinical Fellows.

Mansioni

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs.
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings.
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group).
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication.
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active MI State License through LARA in Speech-Language Pathology
• School SLP Cert through MI DOE
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required. Clinical internship or practicum experience in a school setting will be considered for Clinical Fellows.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
